Audit & debug

Connection API traces (when debug is enabled) and configuration audit rows. When sign-in is enabled (EPOS_DASHBOARD_PASSWORD), sensitive actions such as connection changes, event edits, data purge, distribution schedule lifecycle (create/update/enable/run-now/subscriptions), recipients and groups, and schedule deletion are appended here.

Audit coverage

With dashboard auth off, audit entries are still created for those mutations but actor may be blank. Enable EPOS_DASHBOARD_PASSWORD to attribute actions to the operator user (EPOS_OPERATOR_EMAIL, default admin@example.com).
