Transaction ingestion

Integrate GET /transaction with snapshots and idempotent IngestedTransaction rows (terminal → outlet when mapped).

6,649 ingested transactions. Range uses full local days in Europe/London (EPOS_DEFAULT_REPORTING_TZ). Max span 120 days (same rules as the reporting calendar). Sync outlets first so terminals map to outlets where the API allows.

Legacy line voids

Kappture GET /api/Void; rows in IngestedVoid feed Security report voids by terminal and outlet.
