Seed themes describe colours for Prisma-linked templates. Outbound hourly, performance, EOD, and security emails are built from TypeScript modules under reports/templates — not from these rows at runtime.

Run npm run db:seed after migrate for a default theme, or add rows in Prisma Studio.
