Forecast & budget pace

Adds day-level targets (summed included outlets), end-of-day completion %, and a cumulative hour table for the event scope. Same data as toggling this on the main Performance reports page.

Preview

Mobile and desktop widths. Dark applies an invert + hue-rotate on the email body (with images/SVG/video flipped back) so typical white table layouts preview like a dark canvas — similar to many dev tools. It is not identical to Gmail/Apple Mail; spot-check real clients too.
