Transaction ingestion

Integrate GET /transaction with snapshots and idempotent IngestedTransaction rows (terminal → outlet when mapped).

0 ingested transactions. Range uses full local days in Europe/London (EPOS_DEFAULT_REPORTING_TZ). Max span 120 days (same rules as the reporting calendar). Sync outlets first so terminals map to outlets where the API allows.

Legacy transaction ingestion is not wired yet.

Legacy line voids

Kappture GET /api/Void; rows in IngestedVoid feed Security report voids by terminal and outlet.
